Emma Thomas ACA FCCA CTA
Emma is the head of EJBC. A Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA), makes Emma one of the highest qualified accounting professionals in the region. Emma's technical skills, combined with her passion to deliver a top quality service in a friendly 'un-accountant' like manner has served to enable EJBC to grow from a start up in 2002, to a thriving business with offices in Newbury and Henley-on-Thames.

Jenny Day ACA CTA
Jenny is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. Jenny assists Emma in managing the Henley-on-Thames client base. She is a keen runner, musician and mum of 3.

Richard Elgar ACA
Is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more years in practice than he'd care to remember. Richard has gained valuable knowledge and experience in helping rural businesses and farmers with their accounting affairs.

Gillian Down ACA
Is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience of the small business sector. Gillian joined EJBC in 2010 to strengthen the skills and resources available to EJBC's broad client base. Gill is actively involved with local Brownie activities.

Matthew Reeves AAT
Has been working in practice for 7 years. His duties include preparing monthly management and year end accounts. Matthew has excellent working knowledge of Sage 50 and Quickbooks accounting software. He is a keen football fan and Chelsea supporter, but please don't hold that against him as in most other repects he is perfectly normal !

Yvonne Hoptroff is our Bookkeeper and Payroll administrator. Yvonne has a wealth of experience gained from previous employment in finance departments of major companies including Bayer UK.

Daniela Hayes is based in our Henley office, her duties include Bookkeeping and administration. Daniela is a trained Holistic Beauty Therapist, keen equestrian and keep fit enthusiast.

Rachel Williams manages clients who have outsourced their bookkeeping, payroll and accounts function to us. Rachel previously worked for another well known local accountancy practice.

Helen Gill is our Accounting Manager, her duties include supporting Emma in the day-to-day management of our client portfolio. She is at the final examination stage of the Chartered Certified Accountant qualification (ACCA).

Vicki Sutherland is our administrator and PA to Emma. Like Keilor, Vicki previously worked for the UK's largest Brewing company.

Keilor Quesada-Getgood manages EJBC operations, including Marketing, PR, IT, Sage software sales and office management. Keilor previously spent 14 years working in the brewing industry. He is a qualified Financial Advisor (Cert PFS).
